WHAT WE EXPECT

Our program requires dedication and commitment. Here's what we expect from our interns to ensure success.

Time Commitment

20 hours per week. You choose when and where to work, giving you flexibility around your academic schedule.

Office Hours

5 hours minimum in-office per week to collaborate with the team and participate in meetings.

Team Meetings

Attend Friday morning staff meetings to discuss market news, go over updates, pitch deals, and hear from guest speakers.

Take Initiative

We give our interns full autonomy, but expect them to be proactive and engaged in their work.

Conduct comprehensive analysis on one of three pre-selected companies and develop a compelling investment thesis.
